Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team via email or phone within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Device
Securely place the MedMassager unit and all original accessories into the original packaging to ensure the product is protected during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
